The BIA Parade of Homes Excellence Awards

Evans Farm is proud to be named the Premier Featured Community of the 2021 BIA Parade of Homes! Evans Farm, located in beautiful Delaware County, is Ohio’s only community designed around the principles of new urbanism, where shops, restaurants, parks, residential houses, and more are all within walking or biking distance of each other.

As the 2021 Premier Featured Community, Evans Farm will host the BIA Parade of Homes Excellence Awards on September 29, from 6 to 9 p.m. Please join us for one of the real estate industry’s most prestigious events as the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio honors the winners of the 2021 Parade of Homes.

The event will also feature Sexton’s Pizza and Hogback Barbecue food trucks, and each ticket includes two drink tickets and a meal voucher.

Evans Farm Is This Year’s Parade of Homes Featured Community

After a pandemic hiatus, the BIA Parade of Homes is back in a new, completely reimagined format, and Evans Farm is honored to be this year’s Featured Community.

New this year, the Parade of Homes will feature a huge variety of homes at different price points and different styles throughout central Ohio, including homes from Evans Farm, 3 Pillar Homes, Bob Webb, and P&D Builders. In addition to seeing the homes and communities in person, you can also virtually experience them before, during, and after the Parade.

The Parade of Homes will take place on Thursdays through Sundays from September 23 to October 10. Evans Farm will host the BIA Parade of Home Excellence Awards on September 29, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

A showcase of cars + homes on September 18 at Evans Farm by Columbus Cars and Coffee, powered by Pure Equity Group and 3 Pillar Homes.

Horsepower at Evans Farm is family-friendly, FREE, and open to the public!

Visitor parking will be available on multiple streets, follow signs and crew directions.

A coffee truck and food truck will be onsite. A restroom trailer is available for public use.
